Happy Wednesday! The Confident team is excited to share a number of updates with you today. Some we shipped earlier this year, and you might already be using. Some are new from today's release, and we think you'll love!
What’s New?
Edit existing LODs, LOQs, & Limits with our new LIMS Editor!
For our Pro & Premium LIMS Labs, users with owner or admin permissions can now edit existing LODs, LOQs, Max, Limit Range Low, Limit Range High, and Limit default values per matrix directly within our system.
Labs can also:
  1. Change the order of existing ribbon fields
  2. Hide existing Analytes for specific reports
  3. Change the order of analytes in the table
  4. Make these LOD/LOQ/Limits changes on a per-Matrix basis.
Here's a brief look at the new editor:
Note: This editor only gives you the ability to edit existing numerical values. To edit formulas or functions, please continue to reach out to our support team. Additionally, saving the changes will update the existing sample + future sample configs, with the option to update older sample configs on a per-sample basis.
New Orders Header
We updated the Orders header to be more readable and include more useful information! This new header includes all previous information like the Order ID & Client Name, and a number of new details: the total # of samples in the order, Order created & received dates, Paid status & Order status.

METRC Labs now will see the “Regulator Batch ID” populated
with the SourcePackageLabels field from the METRC API when adding samples from METRC or a METRC manifest.
Note: If you have more than 1 package ID in METRC, double check your COAs for any potential formatting issues and reach out to support for necessary changes.
Spider Charts
are now available for display on our COAs! Reach out to our support team to configure these on your reports today.
